We’re the Saxon family, a crew of five plus two loyal German Shorthair Pointers. Our days revolve around early mornings, muddy boots, and long evenings spent outdoors. This blog started as a way to share our favorite hunting and fishing stories, and it’s grown into a space where other outdoor families can connect and learn.

Knowledgeable on GSPs
We’re a family that loves the outdoors, and our German Shorthaired Pointers are a big part of it. After years of raising and training them, we recently began breeding GSPs and it’s been an amazing experience. Their loyalty, energy, and intelligence fit right in with our way of life, whether they’re out in the field or relaxing at home, they’re truly part of the family and a big inspiration behind The Saxon Blog.
